RECEIVE YOUR CLOTHES
Your order will ship within seven business days after your order is received.
You can exchange for sizing issues within 15 days of delivery of your Discover LOLA order. Exchanges after 30 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
If you need to exchange anything, please contact us at email@example.com. We will promptly email you a prepaid return label; all you have to do is drop the package off at your nearest USPS post office.
NOTE: Store credit is offered for an exchange for all online purchases; unfortunately, we cannot refund any products. All pop-up shop sales, gift cards and sale items are final sale.

What is the status of my order?
You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page, where you can Sign In to your account to view your order status and history.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 512-369-3495 immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 pm CST. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you!
